Deb is responsible for the overall satisfaction of Westminster Woods residents, from quality of care and innovations in services to resident rights and effective staffing and fiscal stability. She ensures day-to-day operations are aligned with the established policies and procedures of Presbyterian Senior Living, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. She is the primary liaison with Presbyterian Senior Living Corporate Staff and the Board, as well as Westminster Woods’ Resident Association.

As the Sales Director for both Independent Living and Personal Care, Sue enjoys meeting with residents and their families to help them clarify what is important to them as they decide the next step in their lives, and to make that transition to Westminster Woods as smooth as possible, offering support at each step of the way. Sue has a Master’s Degree in Gerontology with a focus on older adults, and has been employed in service-oriented positions for most of her career. She provides educational programs to companies and groups on subjects pertaining to aging, as well as individual consultations in the home or in her office.

The Director of Nursing is responsible for delivery of care to the residents served in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The center offers services that include skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, long-term care and memory support. The Director of Nursing is also responsible for maintaining the Nursing Department budget as well as recruiting and retaining the nursing staff. The Director also serves on numerous interdisciplinary committees and teams that focus on the care provided to our residents.

Lisa began her long term care experience over 20 years ago as a certified nurses assistant. She became a licensed nursing home administrator in August of 2012 after having been with Presbyterian Senior Living for 5 years. Lisa is responsible for the operations and compliance of the Health Center in accordance with Presbyterian Senior Living policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations. Lisa is committed to ensuring the residents and their families are provided high quality health care and services.

Cheryl meets with prospective residents and their families, assisting them with the necessary information needed to make informed decisions regarding care needs. Cheryl also provides community education programs to local service and group organizations regarding the “hometown” options and services available at Westminster Woods. Working with area hospitals, doctors and other agencies is also an important role. With a previous 25 year background in therapy, Cheryl will provide a resource for families wondering “where do we go from here…”

Nick is a seasoned veteran of the food service and hospitality industries and brings a wealth of experience to his position here at Westminster Woods. He has worked for Cura Hospitality for two years in various locations, bringing his management and problem solving skills along with his culinary expertise to achieve high levels of resident and customer satisfaction. As Director of Dining Services, Nick has the responsibility of overseeing dietary services for all three levels of care as well as all catering functions and Café operations. Nick has a very strong commitment to excellence and leads his department toward the same goals.

Nancy is responsible for the operations and delivery of care for our Personal Care services. She assists residents’ transitions through the different levels of our care, promotes resident’s choice and assists in meeting each resident’s physical, psychological, social, financial and spiritual needs. In addition, she manages and coordinates our At-Home Services to provide residents the opportunity to remain safe and independent in their villas or apartments.

Jeff is responsible for providing a clean, sanitary, safe and attractive environment for residents, family members, visitors and employees. He sees to the efficient functioning of all community electrical, utility and mechanical systems and physical structures, in addition to overseeing and managing the community environmental services function and personnel. Jeff negotiates environmental services-related contracts and manages all community renovation, expansion and new construction projects. He serves as community Safety Officer; maintains OSHA compliance; and directs program development and improvements, as well as safety inspections and training.
