As a continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, Westminster Woods offers comprehensive services and accommodations for residents that include Independent Living, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, and At-Home Services for in-home support and more.
We have built a strong reputation for high-quality services and are in the process of receiving accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an independent, not-for-profit accrediting body widely regarded as the “seal of excellence” in identifying high-quality programs and services to older adults. Our accreditation includes Person Centered Long Term Care Community.
The 5 Star Rating System from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is also considered by some when considering quality.
In addition, our Health Center is Medicare and Medicaid Certified and participates in a variety of insurance contracts.

Personal Care
No matter the level of care, we encourage and support the independence and individuality of all of our residents. Our Personal Care accommodations offer a warm, comfortable atmosphere in which personal care promotes as active a lifestyle as possible.
Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation
We provide a range of long- and short-term skilled nursing care services including rehabilitation, care for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of memory impairment, respite services and hospice services. We work to make the most of every day in a warm and caring environment, fully committed to helping our residents retain their quality of life and dignity at all times.
Special Services
As part of our commitment to providing you with choice and flexibility to live your life your way, we have developed additional services to enhance your lifestyle and experience. In addition to our core services, we offer Outpatient Rehabilitation, At-Home Services, post-surgical recovery and care, as well as the integration of advanced, resident-centered healthcare technologies.
