Westminster Woods is part of the not-for-profit Presbyterian Senior Living network which provides retirement and senior care services to more than 3,000 residents in twenty-three locations in the mid-Atlantic area of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and Delaware. Residents of all faiths enjoy a lifestyle which promotes freedom to pursue individual interests and activities, yet remain confident for future quality care, if needed.
Our Services Include:
Independent Living
Villa entrance fees range from $127,000 to $267,750 with monthly fees for a villa of $1111 for a single person, or $1309 for two people and includes $121 Dining Dollars per person. Dining Dollars can be used in our lovely Commons Dining Room or Garden Café. Please note that these are base prices and may vary according to square footage, refund plan and selected upgrades. Apartments are also available from $75,000 to $157,800 with monthly fees from $1166 for one person or $1363 for two people, including Dining Dollars and heat.
In 2010, our community will expand with 24 new, two bedroom and two bath villas on Sycamore Way. These spacious villas offer an open floor plan and walk in closet and can be customized upon construction. A brochure is available upon request.
Assisted Living
Comfortable private and semi-private suites, combined with personal care, provide a residential environment that feels like home. Residents are assisted with bathing, dressing, medications, and other services, and enjoy snacks as well as three nutritious meals a day.
Respite Assisted LivingLong-Term & Short-Term Skilled Nursing Care
Short-term stays are available to provide relief to family caregivers on vacation or needing time for personal activities.
24-hour care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff is available in our skilled nursing facility which is uniquely designed to enhance privacy.
Rehabilitative Therapy
Physical, occupational, or speech therapy services provided to restore a maximum level of functioning.
Hospice Services
Comfort, emotional and spiritual support services provided to persons with terminal illness and their families.
Skilled Nursing Respite Services
Short-stay skilled nursing care program to provide relief to family caregivers for vacations, etc.
